The Convotherm C4 ED 6.20ES-N boilerless electric combi oven powers high-volume production with precision. Load up to six 18" x 26" sheet pans or twelve 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans to roast proteins, steam vegetables, or retherm trays for banquets.
The easyDial programmable controls and digital display streamline workflow, letting teams store 99 recipes with up to 9 stages for repeatable results. Switch among hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm to match menu demands throughout the day.
A multi-point core temperature probe and five-speed auto reversing fan promote even cooking and accurate doneness. ConvoClean+ delivers fully automatic, hands-free cleaning, while the pull-out spray hose aids quick touch-ups between batches. Stainless steel construction and a UL-Listed ventless design (no hood required—local codes prevail) support efficient installation and long-term durability.
