The Convotherm C4 ET 20.20EB-N roll-in electric combi oven/steamer drives high-volume production with a steam generator and a generous rack capacity. Load (20) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans or (40) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans to batch-roast proteins, steam vegetables, and finish banquets on schedule. Stainless steel construction and an antimicrobial hygienic door handle support demanding, all-day service.
Streamline workflow with the 9" easyTouch control panel, which stores 399 recipes with up to 20 stages each. A multi-point core temperature probe and five-speed auto reversing fan help deliver even results across trays. Select hot air, steam, combi-steam, or retherm modes to execute menus from roasting and baking to bulk rethermalization.
