Engineered for high-volume production, the Convotherm C4 ET 20.20ES-N combi oven/steamer accelerates batch cooking with a roll-in cabinet that holds up to (20) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (40) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans. Its boilerless, electric design supports efficient operation during peak service.
Command consistency with the 9" easyTouch control panel, which stores 399 recipes with up to 20 stages each for repeatable results across shifts. Choose hot air, steam, combi-steam, or retherm, and monitor doneness with the multi-point core temperature probe to protect quality on roasts, vegetables, and baked items.
Boost workflow with a five-speed auto-reversing fan for even airflow and ConvoClean+ fully automatic, hands-free cleaning for fast turnarounds. The pull-out spray hose and anti-microbial hygienic door handle support sanitation, while the included roll-in trolley and wire racks speed loading for banquets, healthcare, and institutional feeding.
