Streamline hot holding and service with the Cres Cor H138NPSCC3MC5Q heated mobile cabinet. Its pass-thru layout keeps product moving from prep to the line without bottlenecks. An insulated body and top‑mount heater assembly help maintain consistent temperatures while preserving interior capacity.
Pan slides accommodate twelve 18 x 26 sheet pans on 3-inch centers, ideal for batch cooking, banquet staging, and make-ahead menu items. Dutch doors on the front and a full-length rear door create flexible access points. Tempered glass windows let staff check contents without opening, conserving heat.
Built from stainless steel, the cabinet withstands daily demands and wipes down quickly. Four 5-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, deliver smooth mobility and secure positioning at the point of service. Put it to work between cookline and plating, or to bridge kitchen and serving areas.
