The Crown Steam DL-40 direct steam kettle delivers 40 gallons of production capacity for high-volume kitchens preparing soups, sauces, chili, and stocks. This stationary, floor-mounted kettle supports streamlined batch cooking with a dependable 2/3 jacket design that suits busy operations.
Move product efficiently with the 2" draw-off, portioning or transferring directly to pans without heavy lifting. The included perforated strainer supports clear broths and vegetable draining, while the hinged cover helps manage heat and moisture between stirs.
A 316 stainless steel interior liner and 304 stainless steel exterior finish provide durable, professional-grade construction that facilitates cleaning. Three stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet promote a secure, level installation, and the faucet bracket readies the kettle for convenient water service.
