Pans and adapter bars for the refrigerated rail are included. Dual level pan brackets can be adjusted without tools. Lowering food pans an additional inch improves temperature holding capabilities, which is ideal in situations where the lid may be left open for long periods of time. Delfield's air screen technology keeps food cold but won't dry it out.
