Boost holding efficiency on the line with the FWE HLC-1826-4 heated countertop cabinet. It accommodates up to four 18" x 26" pans or eight 14" x 18" pans, using a radiant heating system to keep food at serving temperature. An adjustable thermostat and front controls allow quick, precise adjustments during peak service.
Stage entrees, sides, or banquet batches while maintaining product quality thanks to fully insulated construction. A flush-mounted door reduces heat loss and stays out of the workflow, and fixed racks on 3" centers simplify organized loading and retrieval.
Durable stainless steel interior and exterior speed cleanup between turns. Four-inch adjustable legs level the unit on uneven surfaces, while ENERGY STAR® certification and IPX4 splash protection suit demanding back- or front-of-house environments.
