The flush-mounted door and 5" casters make it easy to maneuver between prep, cook, and line stations.
Dial in results with standard thermostatic controls featuring a 350°F range and LED display, plus an included temperature probe for precise internal monitoring. A low air-circulation heating system supports gentle cooking and holding, helping maintain moisture and product yield.
