The FWE LCH-5-LV-G2 cook and hold mobile cabinet helps busy kitchens pace production without sacrificing consistency. A low voltage, low air circulation heating system cooks and holds evenly at temperatures up to 350°F. Use it to stage batches for service, smooth prep bottlenecks, and keep menus on schedule.
With capacity for (3) 18" x 26" sheet pans, it fits banquet service, catering routes, and high-turn cafeterias. Roast proteins, finish sides, or retherm batches, then deliver consistent plates when the rush hits. The solid hinged door and stainless steel interior and exterior handle daily, heavy-duty use.
Programmable controls with (8) recipe presets and the included temperature probe make repeatable results simple across shifts. Move it where it’s needed on 5" casters—(2) rigid and (2) swivel with brakes—for safe, stable positioning. This practical cook and hold oven elevates workflow and presentation across the line.
