The FWE LCH-6-G2 cook and hold oven streamlines production and service with low air circulation heat up to 350°F. Programmable controls with eight recipe presets and a temperature probe help you execute repeatable results for roasts, braises, or holding without babysitting. Quick Ship availability supports tight timelines for openings, refreshes, and replacement needs.
Load up to four 18" x 26" sheet pans, set your program, and roll the cabinet where it’s needed on durable 5" casters. This cook-hold mobile cabinet fits batch cooking, banquets, and off-site catering, then transitions to the line for hot holding and plating.
