Streamline production and service with the FWE LCH-6-LV-G2 cook-hold mobile cabinet. Its low air circulation heating gently brings product up to temp and maintains quality, helping chefs roast, braise, or hold without drying out. Programmable controls with eight recipe presets let operators standardize results across shifts and locations.
Load up to four 18" x 26" sheet pans to batch proteins, sides, or bakery items for banquets, catering lines, and off-site events. An included temperature probe enables precise, probe-guided cooking, while a solid hinged door and stainless steel construction withstand daily demand. The IPX4 splash rating and 5" casters support mobile workflows in busy kitchens.
