Designed for high-volume service, the FWE P-48-XL heated banquet cabinet keeps plated meals ready from kitchen to event floor. Its P-Series Humi-Temp heat system and insulated stainless construction support consistent results while you stage courses or bridge busy service windows. Load 40 to 48 covered plates up to 12-3/8" diameter to streamline plate-up-to-serve workflows.
Dial in holding with an adjustable thermostat and individual controls, then manage moisture using the removable humidifier pan. Two shelves support organized loading, while a flush-mounted door helps retain heat during transport and service. IPX4 splash protection and a wraparound bumper add durability in busy corridors.
Roll confidently on 6" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—guided by bar-type push handles for precise maneuvering. The stainless steel interior and exterior clean quickly between events, supporting tight turnarounds in hotels, convention centers, and healthcare facilities.
