The FWE P-72-XL heated banquet cabinet keeps plated meals hot and service-ready for banquets, hotels, and high-volume foodservice. Its mobile design and Humi-temp heat system help maintain consistent holding conditions during staging and transport.
Accommodate 60–72 covered plates up to 12-3/8" diameter on two shelves to streamline timing and presentation. Individual controls and an adjustable thermostat let operators fine-tune temperature and humidity to match menu requirements.
Built for daily use, the stainless steel interior and exterior resist wear, while a flush-mounted door, bar-type push handles, and a wraparound bumper simplify hallway navigation. Six-inch casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—provide smooth mobility and secure positioning for plating or staging. NSF, UL EPH Classified, and cULus listings with an IPX4 rating support professional standards.
