As a Sentry range match Super Fryer, it integrates neatly on the line while maintaining set temperatures from 200 - 375° F for dependable results service after service.
Fry crispy wings, fries, and appetizers with ease using the included (2) chrome wire baskets to separate products and stage orders. The 16 kW heating system supports consistent production, helping chefs and operators keep pace during peak periods.
Built for durability and easy cleanup, the S18SF features a stainless steel front and sides. Six-inch adjustable chrome legs allow quick leveling and improved access beneath the unit, while CSA and NSF listings support compliance in professional foodservice environments.
