Engineered for the pace of the line, the Globe GHPSU636G is a 36-inch gas countertop step-up hotplate with six 30,000 BTU open burners—three front and three elevated rear—for a total of 180,000 BTU. Stage sauté pans up front while boiling, blanching, or reducing on the raised row to keep tickets moving.
Stainless steel construction and heavy cast-iron grates handle daily service and support heavy stock pots and pans. A removable catch tray speeds end-of-shift cleanup, and 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs help you level the unit alongside surrounding equipment.
