Select from 30 or 24 racks per hour to match demand, using just 0.62 gallons per rack. Hot water sanitation supports high standards, while Steam Elimination and Energy Recovery help keep the dish area more comfortable and efficient.
Smart touchscreen controls with SmartConnect app compatibility and built-in service diagnostics streamline operation and oversight.
