This air-cooled, self-contained system produces approximately 540 lb (245 kg) of flake ice per 24 hours, ideal for seafood displays, salad bars, and patient hydration. A stainless steel finish supports a clean, professional presentation.
Streamline service with 344 lb of on-hand storage in the B40PS. The top-hinged, slope-front door speeds access for scooping and refilling, while the polyethylene interior and durable aluminum exterior stand up to daily use. 6" legs support sturdy installation.
Installation is simplified by the KBT19 bin kit, which mounts a 22" CIM, MFI, or GEM Series head on a 30" bin for a space-conscious footprint. Designed for top-mounted applications, this combo helps kitchens, cafeterias, and catering operations keep ice ready throughout service. cULus and NSF listed.
