Product Description
The Imperial Range IHPA-2-12 gas countertop hotplate packs high-output performance into a compact 12-inch footprint. It helps chefs and operators sear, boil, and sauté fast while conserving valuable line space.
Two open burners deliver a combined 64,000 BTU (19 kW), giving ample firepower for stock pots, skillets, and daily mise. Standing pilot lights keep the flame ready between turns so tickets move without interruption.
Cast iron grates hold heat and support busy production, and the removable crumb tray speeds end-of-shift cleanup. A stainless steel front and sides with a 5-inch landing ledge create a durable work zone for staging pans, while 4-inch adjustable legs make leveling simple.
