Boost turns with approximately 209 racks per hour while using just 0.78 gallons per rack. A 22" recirculating prewash with two upper and one lower arms tackles heavy soil before further processing.
Accommodate tall wares with 25" clearance through the machine and count on stainless steel construction for daily durability. Electric tank heat and vent fan control help maintain consistent operation and manage steam in the dishroom.
