Adjust conveyor speed to match rushes and staffing, then select Dual Rainbow Rinse modes—Econo at 0.35 gpr or Turbo at 0.51 gpr—to handle varying soil loads efficiently. A 19-3/4" clearance accommodates taller wares to keep production moving.
The RACKSTAR 44CE pairs a powerful 3 HP pump with a 1/4 HP conveyor drive for consistent results. Vent cowl collar with adjustable damper and vent fan control help manage steam, while splash shields and a strike plate table limit switch enhance dishroom safety. Adjustable bullet feet simplify setup and leveling.
