Built for demanding dishrooms, the Jackson RackStar 44CS conveyor dishwasher drives high-volume throughput while maintaining high temperature sanitizing with steam tank heat. Its single-tank, fully automatic system with auto-fill simplifies operation and supports consistent results service after service.
Move racks efficiently during peak periods with approximately 223 racks per hour and Dual Rainbow Rinse modes—Econo at 0.35 gallons per rack or Turbo at 0.51 gallons per rack—to match soil levels. Adjustable conveyor speed, EnergyGuard controls, and a digital temperature readout help teams fine-tune workflow and verify performance at a glance.
Double-wall insulated front doors, stainless steel construction, and splash shields contribute to a durable, quieter workspace. A vent cowl collar with adjustable damper and dedicated vent fan control assist steam management in tight dishroom layouts. Adjustable bullet feet and a strike plate table limit switch streamline installation and integration.
