Streamline service with the Lakeside Manufacturing 6855 breakout dining station. At 99"W x 38"H, this mobile utility serving counter delivers a generous work and display surface for cafeterias, corporate dining, and banquet lines. A laminate serving surface with top railing on three sides helps keep items organized and visible to guests.
Three interior compartments, each with an adjustable shelf, let you stage plates, disposables, condiments, and backup product for quick replenishment. Drop leaf sides expand the surface during rush periods, then fold down to conserve aisle space and simplify queue flow.
Move smoothly on 4" recessed non-marking casters—(2) swivel, (2) fixed—suited for front-of-house aisles and back-of-house corridors. Use it for pop-up action stations, grab-and-go merchandising, or beverage service, then roll it into storage after service. Made in USA.
