The Lang 272ZTD gas countertop griddle delivers dependable, high-volume production with a sprawling 72" x 30" cooking surface. Embedded electric snap-action thermostats regulate temperatures from 220°F to 550°F, helping crews hit precise setpoints for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, or fajitas.
Built for the line, the 1" thick smooth steel plate retains heat and rebounds quickly during heavy turns. A welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior stands up to daily demands, while the 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain splatter for a cleaner station.
Streamline cleanup and service flow with a 3-1/2" front grease trough feeding an 8 qt. stainless steel drawer. Adjustable 4" stainless legs (1-5/8" range) aid leveling on uneven surfaces, and pilot safety protection supports safe operation in busy kitchens.
