Execute consistent sears with a free-floating round rod top grate that expands under heat without binding. The EZ tilt design channels grease into a front trough, helping control flare-ups and speed end-of-shift cleanup. Stainless steel radiants deliver reliable heat transfer for steaks, burgers, skewers, and vegetables.
