This Migali C-PP93-HC three door pizza prep refrigerator offers 26 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage with a 12-pan rail for organized ingredient access.
Part of the Competitor Series®, this unit features an all stainless steel exterior and interior built for durability in busy kitchens. The 19.5" deep cutting board provides ample workspace for assembling pizzas, while the insulated lid helps maintain safe holding temperatures for ingredients stored in the 4" deep pan rail (pans not included). A digital temperature controller keeps the cabinet between +33°F and +41°F for consistent product storage.
The forced air refrigeration system with side mount compressor promotes even cooling throughout the cabinet. Three doors include a 90 degree hold-open feature for easier loading during prep, and recessed handles offer a clean profile. Pre-installed casters support mobility for cleaning and repositioning.
