Power your line with the Nemco 6310-1 single-burner hot plate. Its compact body measuring 5-1/2" x 12" x 13-1/2" and brushed stainless steel construction fit busy counters while standing up to daily use. The cast iron alloy burner delivers steady heat for sautéing, simmering, reheating, or holding.
Dial in heat with the six-position temperature control for repeatable results from prep to finishing. Built-in thermo protection adds a layer of safety during peak service.
