This vertical double-burner design pairs a 1.5 kW front burner with a 0.5 kW rear burner, so you can boil or sauté up front while gently simmering or holding sauces in back. Built of brushed stainless steel with cast iron alloy burners, it retains heat and cleans quickly between rushes. A six-position temperature control lets operators match output to the task, from retherming soups to finishing sides.
Built-in thermal protection helps safeguard components during heavy use. Running on 120V/60/1 and supplied with a cord and 5-20P plug, this unit drops into existing outlets to add flexible capacity on the cookline, in catering, or at action stations.
