The Pitco SE18R Solstice electric fryer streamlines high-volume production with a full frypot and a 70–90 lb oil capacity. Its 22.0 kW heating system supports back-to-back batches of fries, chicken, seafood, and appetizers during peak periods.
Solid state controls simplify operation across shifts, helping teams hit target temps with less guesswork. Use the melt cycle to bring solid shortening up to temperature and the built-in boil-out capability to deep-clean the tank between menu changes.
A drain valve interlock switch enhances safety during draining and maintenance. Built with a stainless steel tank, front, and sides, this floor model integrates smoothly into busy cook lines in restaurants, cafeterias, and commissaries.
