Engineered for fast-paced make lines, the Atosa MPF8202GR refrigerated pizza prep table keeps ingredients within arm’s reach while preserving quality. Its 67-inch, two-section layout and 18.5 cu. ft. capacity organize dough, sauces, and toppings for efficient service. A side-mounted, self-contained system and digital controls hold 33° to 38°F for reliable performance.
Set up your station with the included (9) 1/3 size stainless steel pans beneath a full-length 19" poly cutting board to speed build-to-order pizzas. Inside storage is streamlined with (4) shelves behind (2) self-closing hinged solid doors with locks to secure inventory between shifts. Ideal for pizzerias, cafeterias, and commissaries managing continuous production.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized steel back, it stands up to heavy daily use. Air defrost with automatic evaporation simplifies upkeep, while 5" casters make it easy to roll for cleaning
