A 60-1/4-inch worktop with a 10-inch poly cutting board and an included set of sixteen 1/6-size pans keeps ingredients organized and within reach. Digital temperature control maintains a food-safe 33°F to 40°F for consistent results shift after shift.
Rear-mounted, self-contained, ventilated refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant delivers reliable cooling while simplifying installation. Air defrost and automatic evaporation reduce daily maintenance, and 4-inch casters make it easy to roll for cleaning or line changes.
Two solid, self-closing doors and two adjustable shelves maximize base storage for backups and bulk items. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back stand up to the rigors of busy commercial kitchens in delis, pizzerias, and cafeterias.
