Integrate a recessed, 120-inch architectural air door to maintain interior comfort and streamline traffic at wide kitchen entries and customer vestibules. The Berner ARD12-3120E delivers a heated barrier with 42 kW of electric heat to temper incoming air during frequent door openings. This air curtain’s concealed design preserves sightlines and décor in front- and back-of-house spaces.
Three 1/2 hp motors and a ten-speed setup let you tune airflow performance for loading docks, receiving bays, and service corridors up to 12 feet high. This adjustability helps reduce energy loss, stabilize temperatures, and improve guest comfort without obstructing movement. The unit’s long span covers large openings to keep operations moving.
A hinged white aluminum bottom access panel speeds cleaning and service, minimizing downtime. Built in the USA and cULus listed, it supports reliability standards many facilities require. Specify it where you need dependable separation at busy openings.
