The Cambro UPCHBD800131 is a heated replacement bottom door for the UPCH800 Ultra Camcart and a retrofit upgrade for the non-heated UPC800. It delivers gentle, even heat to hold foods between 150°F and 165°F, preserving quality from kitchen to service.
Built from durable polyethylene with integrated insulation and a non‑corrosive heating element, it recovers heat in about 3 minutes after door opening. Keep plated entrees, bulk pans, and catered menus at serving-ready temperatures without replacing the entire carrier.
This 110V Dark Brown model installs quickly and cleans easily for busy operations. Ideal for banquet lines, off-site catering, healthcare meal delivery, and K‑12 service, it streamlines workflows while maintaining consistent, food-safe holding.
