Engineered for high-volume service, the Convotherm C4 ET 20.10GB-N roll-in gas combi oven/steamer with steam generator maximizes throughput without sacrificing control. Load up to (20) half-size sheet pans or (20) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans, then command production with the 9" easyTouch panel, 20 programmable stages, and storage for 399 recipes.
Switch seamlessly among hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm to execute mixed menus all day. A multi-point core temperature probe and five-speed auto-reversing fan help ensure uniform results from the first pan to the last—ideal for roasting proteins, steaming vegetables and seafood, or retherming banquets and boxed meals.
Designed to streamline workflow, it includes a CSRT2010-4 roll-in trolley and (10) wire racks for fast changeovers, plus an antimicrobial handle and pull-out spray hose. ConvoClean+ delivers fully automatic, hands-free cleaning to cut downtime, while 245,000 BTU gas power with a simple 120v connection aligns with common utility setups.
