The Crown Steam DL-80F is an 80-gallon direct steam stationary kettle built to move high-volume production efficiently across demanding foodservice operations. Its full jacketed design supports large batches of soups, sauces, stocks, and poached items while keeping workflow steady during peak service.
A 316 stainless steel interior liner pairs with a 304 stainless steel exterior finish to stand up to daily use and simplify cleaning. The full jacket promotes uniform heating around the vessel, helping teams achieve consistent results from the first ladle to the last.
Speed batch changes and portioning with a 2-inch draw-off and the included perforated strainer for smooth, controlled dispensing. A spring-assisted cover adds easy, one-handed access, while the faucet bracket positions rinse water right where it’s needed. Four stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet deliver a stable, level installation.
