The Delfield N8287P drop-in frost top showcases chilled desserts, salads, and small plates in high-traffic serving lines. Its stainless steel 1-inch elevated top with a drain trough and 2-inch overhang promotes clean, drip-managed presentation and easy access for plating. Ideal for buffets, cafes, bakeries, and catering displays.
A self-contained refrigeration system with 1/3 hp using R404A refrigerant delivers reliable cold performance across the surface. Staff can power the unit with a simple on/off toggle, speeding opening and closing routines. Operators benefit from straightforward, low-touch operation during service.
The drop-in design fits an 86-1/4 inch by 25 inch cutout to simplify installation in counters or serving lines. A galvanized steel exterior housing stands up to demanding commercial environments. UL, cUL, and NSF listings support code compliance in foodservice facilities.
