The Hoshizaki KM-231BAJ is an air-cooled ice maker with bin, cube-style engineered for daily ice production. It produces up to 213 lb per 24 hours at 70°F/50°F and is AHRI certified at 147 lb/24 hours at 90°F/70°F. An 80 lb built-in storage bin and front-opening design keep ice within reach during peak service.
Streamline workflow with fast access through an ADA compliant ice bin opening. A stainless steel exterior and 6" painted legs elevate the unit for easier cleaning in busy kitchens. The 24" width integrates into space-conscious layouts.
Crescent style cubes suit beverage service and prep stations. The self-contained, air-cooled condenser pairs with 115v/60/1 electrical and a NEMA 5-15P plug. Use the KM-231BAJ in bars, cafes, and satellite service points that need consistent daily ice.
