The Imperial Range IHR-3HT-3-XB combines (3) open burners and (3) 12" wide hot tops in a 36" wide footprint to support varied cooking on a single station. Manual controls allow direct adjustments, and cast iron "S" grates provide durable pan support. With 240,000 BTU (70kW) total output, this Spec Series heavy duty gas range supplies consistent heat across both burner and hot top sections.
Operational details are built for workflow and maintenance. A 7" deep landing ledge offers staging space at the front, while an open cabinet base with bottom shelf keeps cookware accessible. Cleanup is aided by a removable crumb tray. The stainless steel front and sides pair with a backguard and kick plate, and 6" legs with adjustable feet help with leveling. Certified cETLus and NSF, it’s ready for commercial kitchen deployment.
