The Imperial Range IHR-4-1HT-XB brings a 36-inch-wide layout that pairs (4) open burners with a 12-inch hot top. Delivering 190,000 BTU (56 kW), this Spec Series Heavy Duty gas range uses manual controls to keep operation straightforward for busy cooking lines.
Cast iron “S” grates support heavy cookware, while the 7-inch-deep landing ledge adds practical staging space. An open cabinet base with bottom shelf keeps essentials accessible, and the removable crumb tray simplifies cleanup. Built with stainless steel front and sides plus a backguard and kick plate, it stands on 6-inch legs with adjustable feet to aid leveling during installation. cETLus and NSF listings align the IHR-4-1HT-XB with commercial kitchen requirements.
