A durable, full-length 8-7/8" removable cutting board streamlines assembly and lifts off for easy cleaning. Above the pan rail, True’s stainless steel, patented, foam-insulated lid and hood help keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation when closed. Additional storage below includes a heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelf for organized backup product. Built to handle daily kitchen demands, the unit features an all stainless steel front, top, and ends with a matching corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.
