Keep your line organized and moving with the True TSSU-48-12-HC 48-inch 2-door refrigerated sandwich prep table. A durable stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back stand up to daily service, while the aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor simplifies cleanup. The top rail holds 12 (1/6) pans for fast ingredient access, protected by a patented, stainless steel foam-insulated lid and hood that minimize condensation and keep pan temperatures colder. An 11-3/4-inch full-length removable cutting board creates a dedicated assembly station, and four heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves organize backup items behind the two solid doors. The self-contained, forced-air refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant maintains 33°F to 41°F. Made in the USA, this prep table operates on 115V power to support efficient workflows.
