The Varimixer V40 is a commercial food mixer designed to accelerate production without sacrificing consistency. A 2 HP motor and variable speed control tackle dense doughs, airy batters, and silky sauces during peak periods. Compatible with a 40-quart bowl, it supports large batches for commissaries, bakeries, and institutional kitchens.
The VL-1 control system with a 90-minute timer simplifies repeatable recipes and timed mixing. A manually operated single-lever bowl lift speeds changeovers and keeps workflows moving between batches. The #12 attachment hub accepts compatible accessories for additional prep tasks at one station.
