Streamline your serving line with the Vollrath Affordable Portable 3871060 hot food station. Four individually controlled 525-watt wells hold entrées, sides, and soups at ideal serving temperatures to help pace plating and prevent bottlenecks. A buffet-style breath guard with lighting elevates presentation for cafeterias, buffets, and catered events.
Position the unit quickly on four 4" swivel casters, then secure service with two braked casters. The enclosed, black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base keeps the footprint tidy and professional. It operates on 120V, 60 Hz, single-phase power for dependable performance.
At 60" wide, this station organizes multiple menu items without crowding the line. Use the manual controls to fine-tune each well for different recipes and hold times. Lights are included over the breath guard; bulbs are not included so you can select the lamp type you prefer.
