Equipment List

Operating out of a food truck means every square inch matters. Burkett worked closely with Toledo Chuck Wagon to identify equipment that could handle high-volume festival crowds, streamline serving workflow, and hold up to the fast-paced demands of a compact food truck kitchen.

We evaluated critical areas such as cooking capacity, refrigeration and prep flow, storage efficiency, and cleanability. The goal was to maximize throughput without compromising food quality or cramping the operator’s workspace. Just as importantly, Toledo Chuck Wagon trusted Burkett to supply a wide range of smallwares and everyday tools—because in a mobile kitchen, the small things matter just as much as the big pieces of equipment.

To meet these needs, we sourced a combination of new, used, and scratch & dent equipment—balancing budget with performance—while making sure each piece supported smooth, fast-paced service inside the truck.
