Its continuous feed design processes up to 770 lbs per hour, while the 4.65 qt bowl handles batch mixing, chopping, and smooth purées. A fixed 1800 rpm drive with on/off and pulse ensures consistent, repeatable results across shifts.
Keep service lines moving with a universal kidney‑shaped hopper and cylindrical chute that deliver steady slicing and shredding. Aim output exactly where you need it using the adjustable ejection direction and gravity expulsion ramp to maintain a clean, efficient workflow.
Operators stay protected with interlocks on the head, cover, and power switch. A transparent, gasketed lid and lateral bowl stirrers support uniform textures for sauces, slaws, garnishes, and mise en place. The unit includes a micro‑serrated invert S‑blade, FCS‑4 4mm slicing disc, and SHS‑2mm shredding disc so your team can start producing immediately.
