Accelerate prep lines with the Sammic CK-24V 2D, a combination continuous-feed vegetable prep and bowl food processor built for high-volume kitchens. Move from slicing and shredding to mixing and emulsifying at one station, producing up to 770 lbs per hour while batching in a 4.65 qt bowl. Keep mise en place flowing for salad bars, banquets, and commissaries.
Dial in texture with digital controls and variable speeds: 5 speeds for continuous feed (300-1000 rpm) and 10 for the bowl (300-3000 rpm), plus on/off, pulse, and two presets. The universal kidney-shaped hopper with cylindrical chute guides product smoothly, while adjustable ejection direction streamlines pan placement. Safety interlocks on the head, cover, and power switch protect operators.
