The Sammic CK-35V combi vegetable prep and food processor streamlines high-volume mise en place with throughput up to 1000 lbs. per hour. Variable speeds, 5 prep speeds, and 10 cutter speeds let your team match texture and yield to the task.
Use the universal kidney-shaped hopper with a continuous-feed cylindrical chute to load produce steadily for consistent cuts and fewer stops. Switch to the 5.5 liter stainless steel bowl to batch mix, chop, or puree with the serrated S-Blade and the included cut & mix scraper.
A digital control with a 6-language display, reverse function, and force control system helps operators monitor load and maintain results. Built with stainless steel and a 3 HP motor, this 120v countertop unit supports reliable performance and smoother workflows across busy kitchens.
