Digital controls with a 6-language display simplify operation across shifts and teams.
Load the large hopper and keep ingredients moving through the continuous feed cylindrical chute to reduce stoppages. Swap between the 8 liter stainless steel processor bowl and included accessories—“cut & mix” scraper & hub, serrated s-blade, and core drill—to handle chopping and mixing for salads, sauces, spreads, and garnishes.
Fine-tune output with five prep speeds and ten cutter speeds, then engage reverse and leverage the force control system for consistent textures and clean cuts. Stainless steel construction supports demanding service, while ETL, ETL-C, NSF, and CE compliance meets the expectations of professional kitchens and facilities.
