The Scotsman CU3030MAX-32 is a 30" undercounter ice maker with bin designed for reliable cube ice production in busy commercial environments. This air-cooled unit with a self-contained condenser delivers up to 329 lb/24 hours at 70°/50° (230 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°) and stores 110 lb, helping chefs and operators keep pace during peak service. Medium cube size supports consistent drink presentation across bar and dining programs.

For streamlined operation and maintenance, the CU3030MAX-32 features AutoAlert™ indicator lights, WaterSense adaptive purge control, and a unit specific QR code. A metallic finish and included 6" legs support easy cleaning and installation. Running on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, this model ships with a power cord and NEMA 6-20P plug and operates on 208-230v/60/1-ph. NSF and ETL listed, it’s engineered and assembled in USA for dependable performance in professional kitchens and facilities.
