Its air-cooled, self-contained condenser and horizontal evaporator deliver up to 65 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°F/50°F (49 lb certified at 90°F/70°F). The machine forms premium gourmet cubes measuring 1" x 1.13" x 1.25", ideal for presentation-forward beverage programs.
Built for operational flexibility, this unit includes a built-in pump drain, a reversible door, and 1-inch adjustable legs to accommodate varied install conditions. A stainless steel exterior supports a clean, professional look, while a unit-specific QR code enhances equipment identification.
