The Scotsman MC0322MAX-1 is a Prodigy ELITE® ice maker designed for consistent, efficient output in high-demand operations. This cube style, air-cooled unit with a self-contained condenser produces up to 362 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° (248 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°). It forms a medium cube size and features a durable stainless steel finish, engineered and assembled in USA to support rigorous daily use.

Smart controls streamline workflow: the ICELINQ® mobile app with Bluetooth® connectivity provides convenient monitoring, while preservation mode helps manage production. Operators benefit from an external bin full indicator, AutoAlert™ indicating lights, WaterSense adjustable purge control, and one-touch cleaning. Maintenance is simplified with harvest assist, a front facing removable air filter, and a unit specific QR code for quick reference. AgION™ antimicrobial protection and eco-conscious R290 refrigerant round out a performance-focused, foodservice-ready platform.
